The Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a supplier to progress the preliminary designs of West Yorkshire's Phase 1 Shared Transport Hubs to a detailed design standard. The appointed supplier will also be responsible for updating the FBC including incorporating revised cost estimates, an updated Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), and any other necessary amendments to secure successful approval.
