description

  1. Corporate Services Benelux (CSB) shall pay the Contractor for the provision of security services, which shall include 1 or more unarmed security guards, with relevant training and experience, to control access to our two sites: Avenue d’Auderghem 10, Brussels (Embassy) and Rue Ducale 17, Brussels (Residence). The Contractor should also be able to provide armed guards (appropriately trained and licensed), when necessary and in compliance with local and international legislation.
  1. The Contractor shall provide a security service on an hourly basis, according to a monthly schedule sent by the Post Security Manager (PSM) throughout the contract period in order to prevent unauthorised access to the premises.
  1. The minimum estimated hours to cover: +/- 1200 hours a year at the Embassy and dependant on State of Vigilances and local threat levels +/- 5000 hours a year at the Residence. This is not obligatory and can be less or more by mutual agreement.
  1. The monthly schedule will be transferred by the PSM to the contractor before the 20th of the preceding month.
  1. The guards will also be expected to carry out other security-related tasks, as specified by the Post Security Manager (PSM). The Contractor’s Supervisor/Manager will report to the PSM. Day-to-day operational and logistical organisation is the direct responsibility of the Contractor’s Manager/Supervisor, however day-to-day supervision is the responsibility of the PSM.
