We require technical scoping of an NZHF Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, the plan should ensure suitable M&E to support effective delivery of the NZHF. The processes outlined in the NZHF M&E plan should be consistent with relevant HMG and BEIS best practice guidance.
Additional information: PS21217 Contract variation attached, to allow an additional value of £5,000.00 for additional scoping work for Strands 3 and 4 of the project.
