SEN Adaption Works for Charville Academy and Ruislip Gardens School

School 1: Adaptation/remodelling works at Charville Academy (Bury Ave, Hayes UB4 8LF) to provide a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for primary aged pupils. Charville Academy has reduced its capacity from 3 forms of entry down to 2 forms of entry which leaves approximately 5-7 spare classrooms and some ancillary spaces available for the 16 places (SRP).

School 2: Adaptation/remodelling works at Ruislip Gardens Primary School (Stafford Rd, Ruislip HA4 6PD) to provide an Assessment Base (AB) unit for nursery aged children who may potentially need access to Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision as well as a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for primary aged pupils. Ruislip Gardens Primary School has reduced its capacity from 3 forms of entry down to 2 forms of entry which leaves approximately 5-7 spare classrooms and some ancillary spaces available for the 16 place AB unit and 12 place SRP.

Lot 1 - Charville Academy Lot 2 - Ruislip Gardens Primary School Lot 3 - Combined Price for both 1 & 2 Lots.

Contracts for each Lot will be awarded individually, or all to one bidder under Lot 3 - Combined Lots, depending on what is deemed the most economically advantageous option for the London Borough of Hillingdon.

The London Borough of Hillingdon retains the right to award only one, some, all, or none of the available Lots.
