The Supply of Adhesives, Tapes and Sealants (ATS)

The aim of this tender is to select up to six compliant bidders as part of a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply of Adhesives, Tapes and Sealants. The requirement contains approximately 572 items across one lot and covers a variety of Adhesives, Tapes and Sealants Products including, but not limited to, items such as Adhesives, Joining Compounds, Sealants, Tapes (Insulation/Electrical), Thinners, Primers, Locking Sealants. The items detailed as part of this requirement are used by the Army, Navy and Air Force.

The estimated range of the procurement is 12 800 000 GBP - 32 000 000 GBP (over 4 years) as Leidos reserve the right to:

• (i)add additional in scope items to the Schedule of Requirement (SoR) during the life of the contract (any such items will fall within the scope of the Common Procurement Vocabulary Codes (CPV) Codes listed in the OJEU Contract Notice) and / or
• (ii)to manage the range of items supplied under the Agreement (for instance, by de-listing slow moving or obsolescent items and / or adding new / replacement in-scope items).

Leidos reserves the right not to award a contract for a value of less than £59,151.00.
