description
You are invited to tender to carry out adaptations to various residents' homes to assist those who are disabled or have reduced mobility.
The works include but are not limited to the installation of level access showers and minor adaptation works, together the 'Programme' all as further described at Section 10 of the specification.
The Works will begin from Wednesday 1st April 2023 for an initial term of three years, extendable at the Employer's sole discretion for a further one year to a maximum term of four years. The Programme will be awarded in Orders for each address setting out the Works required.
