description

Project ADDER (Addiction, Diversion, Disruption, Enforcement and Recovery) involves three years of co-ordinated enforcement, diversion and treatment/recovery activities across five local area projects, alongside two national NCA-led projects aiming to tackle middle market drug supply. The overall aim of Project ADDER is to reduce drug supply, drug-related offending, and drug-related harms. The intention for this Contract is to provide an independent assessment of whether Project ADDER was delivered as intended, what worked, whether the desired aims and outcomes were met, and whether the Project ADDER represented value for money. This will develop a robust evidence base on this integrated approach, encourage innovation and direct future interventions and investment in this field, with the potential to extend the model nationally.
