DCC Home to School Transport (3rd November 2015) Taxi

For the supply and provision of one or more home to school/centre transport contracts throughout Devon for eligible scholars/clients. The projected duration of each contract is five years, however the Devon County Council (DCC) Passenger Transport Standard Conditions of Contract still apply, and therefore either the contractor or DCC can give notice as per the terms and conditions to terminate the contract at any time.

The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 may apply to one or all of the advertised routes. We have no specific information regarding the conditions of service for staff employed on contracts being re-tendered.
