City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC), in conjunction with its window and door manufacturing business Industrial Services Group (the Customer) are looking to establish a level of interest from suitable competent PVC-u systems suppliers to supply PVC-u window and door products, along with the other elements necessary to support business growth of Industrial Services Group, some of which are listed in the Soft Market Test Document.
The Customer is issuing this document to assist them in identifying the level of interest from the market that an opportunity of this type would attract, and to provide an opportunity for potential suppliers to ask any questions and help shape the way we procure the opportunity.
