North Yorkshire County Council are working on a targeted prevention agenda which aims to support people on the cusp of care in North Yorkshire to live healthy, independent lives. This support is expected to reduce the need for health and social care services provided by a range of partners in North Yorkshire. We seek to understand the effect prevention officers are having through an academic evaluation of the targeted prevention services.
