Wycombe District Council (“the Council”) invites Tenders for the provision of a Quantity Surveyor and/or a Principal Designer to form part of a multi-discipline team to provide the professional services for the completion of a Dr Now Medical Centre at Handy Cross, High Wycombe. The works are being tendered in 2 Lots:
•Lot 1 Quantity Surveyor •Lot 2 Principal Designer
Tenderers may submit a bid for either, and /or both Lots
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
