description
The Legal Aid Training Grant Scheme will provide funding for Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) providers to train solicitors in late summer 2023-November 2025. This contract is for an intermediary to manage the grant on behalf of MoJ.
The intermediary will be responsible for:
| a) | supporting MoJ in developing the grant competition, award criteria and approach to monitoring grant performance |
| b) | managing the competition, assessing applications and providing funding recommendations to the MoJ. |
| c) | conducting performance monitoring during the funding period, sharing data at the conclusion of the grant for internal MoJ analysis. |
