HS2 Euston Station - Environmental Monitoring Provider & Air Quality Consultant

Mace Dragados require an experienced and technically qualified individual for the role of Air Quality Consultant and provider of Environmental Monitoring.

The duties consist of (but are not limited to):

-Support in production of dust risk assessments.

-Attendance at monthly meetings with the local authority (if required)

-Act as technical champion for air quality issues and interface with HS2 and regulators on behalf of Mace Dragados. -Interpret air quality information.

-Investigate exceedances and complaints related to air quality.

-Provide air quality monitoring reports.

-Make recommendations to Mace Dragados for further monitoring.

-Responsible for calibration and maintenance of monitoring instruments, and interface with online platform.

It is essential that the provider has demonstrable previous experience on large scale complex UK infrastructure projects (e.g. Network Rail, London Underground, Crossrail, Tideway).

If successful, selected Applicants will be required to go through Mace Dragados pre-qualification process to be included on the final tender list.

Mace Dragados have been appointed as the Construction Partner to build a fully-integrated HS2 station at London Euston, together with links to the existing London Underground station.

HS2 Phase One includes construction of a new railway line run from London Euston to new stations at Old Oak Common in West London, an Interchange Station near Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and a terminus station in Birmingham City Centre (Curzon Street).
