description

This was a call for further competition from the ESPO Framework 664 for Consultancy Services, Lot 4b Social Care. Framework Providers were invited to submit a quotation for consultancy work to undertake a demand and capacity diagnostic for adult services at Kirklees Council. Over the past few years Kirklees Council have embarked on a transformation and efficiency journey. The latest part of this has been to look at current and future demand and workforce capacity in our adult social care assessment and care management function. We have appointed a service provider to appraise this work, identify gaps and develop a way forward for us as an organisation. The scope of the work includes: • Carry out a short diagnostic of work completed to date on demand, capacity and complexity, and overlay findings from cultural and behavioural evidence review. Test existing and new hypotheses against findings, providing verification and challenge. • Identify opportunities for high priority interventions across the customer journey that will support stretch ambitions, whilst contributing to savings targets and improved outcomes for Kirklees citizens. • Support the Kirklees team to set inclusive ambition based on findings. • Produce a programme for improving outcomes and achieving savings.
