2018 - 682 ICT Strategy Review

The aim of this commission is to support WM Housing Group in the development of its ICT Strategy and Action Plan. WM Housing Group's high-level requirements are as stated in the ITT.

The successful bidder will be expected to review our ICT operation and provide us with full details and demonstrate how they will be delivered to WM Housing Group in the form of a detailed report.

We anticipate that only those with recent relevant experience of providing similar services within a Social Housing background, ideally to an organisation of a comparable size and complexity to WMHG will apply. You should also be able to demonstrate the required experience of delivering the required outputs within the timescale stated.

As a guide, we fully expect the investigations and written report will be completed within 2-3 months, ie in any event before April 2019.
