Re-roofing and associated works at the Physics Building - AWARD

The University of Nottingham is seeking a contractor to carry out Roof Renewal Works at the School of Physics, University Park.

Works to include, general preparation and overlaying of existing roof area including the provision of insulation. Formation of new canopy structure over existing plant. Concrete repairs and various associated works.

The University of Nottingham ("the University") is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Advertisement of any contract in the 'Find a Tender' or 'Contracts Finder' is at the sole discretion of the University and is undertaken on a voluntary basis with no obligation to comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).

The University reserves its rights in full to adapt or step outside the procedures in the procurement legislation as the University considers necessary.
