description
The DWP's long-term aim is to replace the current eProcurement system with a solution that will address all functional and non-functional requirements needed to fulfil Public Procurement regulatory requirements. This work is spilt into 3 phases and Ernst and Young consultancy was appointed (through a competition) to support the stage 1 work. The original contract involved providing specialist expertise to help DWP undertake a review of its current e-procurement systems, identify key pain-points, and assist DWP with the development of high-level user requirements.
