description

Hull City Council is inviting qualified organisations to conduct and deliver a Young Persons Health and Lifestyle Survey 2016. A minimum of 4,000 questionnaires should be completed from a representative sample of young people aged 11 - 16 years from across Hull. Quota sampling will be used to obtain the most representative sample as possible. The successful company will be expected to undertake all the fieldwork and data entry for the survey, and produce a short report detailing the methods used, and any problems or potential biases of the survey, and including an estimated survey response rate. No data analysis is required. The contract will commence 1 December 2015 and end 18 May 2016. The maximum budget available for this contract is £35,000. Any bid which exceeds the budget will be deemed non compliant and be excluded.
