Car Park Resurfacing and Drainage Repairs

On behalf of Breckland District Council, you are invited to tender for car park resurfacing and drainage repairs works. This procurement will be split into two separate contracts, Lot One Minstergate car park and Lot Two Theatre St car park. Bidders are entitled to tender for both or either Lot in isolation.

Lot 1, Car Park Resurfacing - Minstergate, Thetford

This project comprises surfacing works to the Council's car park in Minstergate, Thetford. Works will include planing off the existing surface, laying new asphalt and providing new road markings.

Lot 2, Car Park Resurfacing - Theatre St, Swaffham

This project comprises drainage repairs and surfacing works to the Council's car park in Theatre St, Swaffham. The works will include repairs to the existing surface water gullies, pipework and soakaways. It will also include planing off the existing car park surface, laying new asphalt and providing new road markings.
