| The work comprises holding repairs and measures to prevent further | |
| deterioration of the building including stripping out all interior fixtures | |
| and fittings, removal of wall and ceiling plaster, removal of internal | |
| joinery features, doors and frames, stripping out of plumbing, heating | |
| and electrical systems, temporary or patch repair of roof coverings, | |
| dealing with all rot affected timbers and addressing the dry rot outbreak | |
| and provision of measures to introduce permanent ventilation to the |
interior.
