Deep Dives on Level Playing Field; and Services

The supplier is required to:

•Adapt two deep dives, Services and Level Playing Field, from the existing programme into training courses of two days each. Introductory elements from the original courses should be removed, but the subject matter and areas covered should remain the same.

•Deliver the Services Deep Dive course

•Deliver the LPF Deep Dive course

•Target the learning at the appropriate level: staff will be specialised policy experts or trade negotiators with at least a Practitioner Level understanding of their area.

•Ensure all course content is accurate and high quality, reflecting the latest developments in trade policy and underpinned by real examples. All content should link back to the UK context and HMG staff's day-to-day roles.

•Prepare all course materials, including slides, handouts and pre-reading, in Trade Faculty branded templates.

•Ensure that the course is interactive, including exercises, case studies, and activities to encourage staff participation.

•Allow enough time for staff Q&A. The supplier's responses should be neutral and unbiased, reflect a range of perspectives, and clearly differentiate fact from opinion.

•Provide facilitator notes on each lesson, including learning objectives, outline of delivery, exercise instructions, and answers to case studies or questions posed.
