Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to London South Bank University.

The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal.

HEE is seeking a provider to support nurses on the programme to develop their skills and capabilities to lead complex change aligned to their organisation's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda.

HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by London South Bank University

• LSBU has several supporters including Lord Dazi, Rio Ferdinand, Dame Barbara Sitwell, Dame Carol Black, and Dame Cicely Saunders. There is facilitated access to key leaders in EDI work, for example, Dame Donna Kinnair, Karen Bonner, Heather Caudle, Prof Emmanuel Anton, Marcus Riddle and Yvonne Coghill.

• The LSBU has the ability to deliver within the required timeline as this is an already developed programme
