The Council wishes to appoint up to three Contractors per lot to its Intruder Alarms Servicing and Maintenance Framework to provide: service, maintenance, repair, minor adaptations or upgrades to existing intruder alarms and associated equipment.
The framework will be used by the Council and contracting authorities (Customers) that it grants access. Customers can include but not limited to schools, academies, district councils, county councils, city councils, libraries, police forces, fire brigades, or similar organisations and charities.
Contractors are able to bid for one or both lots described below but must be able to meet the response time required for the lot.
Lot 1 - providing a maximum 1 hour service to any call-out required within the county environs of Leicestershire Lot 2 - providing a maximum 3 hour service to any call-out required outside the county environs of Leicestershire.
