Contract for Consultancy to support the Infrastructure Development Plan. This brief sets out requirements for the development of an Infrastructure Delivery Plan to support the emerging South Oxfordshire Local Plan, including relevant growth sub areas such as the Didcot Garden Town area. Delivery of appropriate and timely infrastructure will be key to ensuring housing and employment development can come forward within the period of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
