The proposed works include:
| - | Surveying all ductwork as outlined in the associated record documentation and providing a schedule giving location, service, size and function of each fire damper (inc. labelling damper with identification number). |
| - | Application of a few drops of oil to the mechanism of each damper. |
| - | Repair/Replacement of non-functioning dampers. |
