The University is going out to tender for a provider of media buying services to support student recruitment campaign activity. Services include media strategy, domestic (and potentially international) media planning and buying including digital, bought media and out of home, campaign planning and optimisation, account management, reporting and other media deliverables.
The media Agency will be required to deliver a robust media strategy for the next 4 years to deliver our student number targets, brand health and market growth objectives for the longer term.
In Scope:
-Media strategy, planning and buying - online and offline, including out of home. -Advertising campaign planning and management
-Campaign optimisation
-Account management
-Reporting
-Media partnerships and training
-Copywriting and creative services as an option
-UK and international markets
The media Agency will be required to deliver a robust media strategy for the next 2 years, with the option to extend to a further period of two years subject to satisfactory contract performance and business needs of the University. The media strategy will deliver our student number targets, brand awareness and longer term market growth objectives.
The Media Agency must have proven expertise in delivering a media strategy and associated media plans that are innovative and digitally focused, delivering compelling content across all channels to tell the story of the University, it's students, graduates, staff and partnerships.
The Media Agency will be transparent on trading and commercial structures, efficient in financial management and reconciliation.
