Advocacy and IV Service for looked after children

Advocacy services for children and YP living in the County of Staffordshire Lot1 and the City of Stoke-on-Trent Lot2:Looked After Children, including Care Leavers, Children Subject to a Child Protection Plan or who are Children in Need, Children & young people with SEN, and Children with Disabilities, and on occasion, include children and young people living/placed outside the Staffordshire and SOT Council boundaries.The Service will be available to children and young people from the above groups between the ages of 5-18 years, and up to age 25 for those with SEND where the presenting issue relates to the Education Health & Care Plan/Education provision or for Care Leavers under 'Staying Put' legislation. The Service will also be required to deliver: An Independent Visitor programme for LAC, Arrange for an Independent Person to attend Secure Accommodation Reviews as and when required,Independent person for age assessments of Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children & Young People
