Provision and deployment of staff with the relevant skills and competencies to meet the need of adults at risk with profound and multiple learning disabilities. The provisions are operated 24/7 and regulated by the Care Quality Commission, there is a need to deploy safe staffing levels at all times and the need to secure continuity, reliable, and suitably qualified staff to cover vacancies, planned, unplanned absences including a supply on short notice.
