The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a Summative Assessment of the Business Growth Programme 2.
Birmingham City Council secured grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund to deliver the Business Growth Programme 2 (BGP2). BGP2 supports B2B SMEs with projects that result in business growth and job creation.
Since 2019, Birmingham City Council has been successfully delivering the Business Growth Programme 2 (BGP2), which is designed to support B2B SMEs with projects that result in business growth and job creation.
BGP2 will close in June 2023 and in line with the funding agreement in place with The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Birmingham City Council must engage the services of an external consultant to conduct a Summative Assessment of the BGP2 project.
This contract will be for a period of 4 months commencing 23 January 2023 until 23 April 2023.
