London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is looking to procure three suppliers to undertake repairs and maintenance works to its 17,000 homes and to its voids. This will be via a 15-month JCT 2016 Measured Term Contract of approximately £7.5 - 8.5m split into three geographical Lots.
