Applications are invited from suitably experienced companies who wish to be considered by Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) as a managing agent for Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) for a contract to deliver responsive external works program to various CBC owned properties within the Borough of Cheltenham. This will be a measured Term Contract for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The value of the works is expected to be up to £100,000.
The scope of the works includes ( but not limited to);
Repair and replacement of pathways and paving to houses and communal areas Repair and replacement of fencing to houses and communal areas Repair and replacement of external walls in brick or stone Groundworks and external landscaping works
