A series of intrusive ground investigation works on the Edmonton EcoPark in support of the North London Heat and Power Project Programme. Additional information:

Interested contractors must complete the selection questionnaire available from the e-procurement portal (http://in-tendhost.co.uk/nlwa) and submit it as set out in that document by 12 December 2019. Contractors should note that the Authority is requesting references to support certain responses to the selection questionnaire. Further details are set out in the selection questionnaire. Five contractors that are shortlisted following the selection questionnaire stage will be invited to tender for the works. Details of the conditions relating to submission of Selection Questionnaires, Tenders, conduct of the procurement process and award of contract (including draft terms and condition of the Contract) are set out in the procurement documents which are available at the e-procurement portal (http://in-tendhost.co.uk/nlwa).

Candidates should note that the Authority intends to include in the Contract provisions requiring the Successful Tenderer to pay at least the London Living Wage to its employees and any workers employed in the carrying out of the Works and to procure that its subcontractors comply with the same obligations in relation to their employees and workers employed in carrying out the Works.
