Groundworks Framework

Berneslai Homes are inviting tenders to carry out groundworks to council dwellings. This is a Non OJEU Works framework opportunity as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The opportunity includes the supply of all labour, plant and materials to carry out and complete groundworks to council dwellings. The works may be in connection with any of the following: As part of adaptation works, scheme works, programmed repairs or planned replacements.

This framework has been divided into four lots and companies may apply for between one or four lots

Lot 1 - Services Upgrades (Water, Electric)

Lot 2 - Footpaths/Driveways/Crossovers/Fixed access ramps

Lot 3 - Fencing/retaining walls/boundary walls

Lot 4 - Sub-structure/Concrete Flooring/Drainage/Air Source Heat Pumps (excavations only)
