description

BBB requires a business partner to provide remuneration advice, options, recommendations and share external insights to review the BBB incentive scheme. This scheme is referred to as an LTIP although as BBB's shareholder is the Government there are no shares attached to the scheme and therefore the scheme is more of a deferred, longer term bonus scheme aligned to the 3-year business plan rather than a typical LTIP.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
