description
The Council wishes to appoint an appropriately LEIA accredited lift maintenance company to carry out cyclical and reactive maintenance in the Council's Property Portfolio which includes, Offices, Car Parks, Theatres, Leisure Centres and Museums. The contract will be for the period 2015 - 2018. ability to respond to call-outs within one hour essential.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
