British Embassy Mexico City, Mexico - New Offices

The proposed works is the refurbishment and fit-out of the 19th, 20th and 21st floors of Torre Del Angel building in Mexico City to create a modern high-quality office space for the British Embassy. The project will include installation of a generator to the car park to serve the new Embassy, also forming new secure lobby and new access from the 19th to 21st floors including feature staircase and lift.

The Tender will be for a General Contractor with experience working in multi storey office environment to complete the works in one contract. The Contractor will take overall responsibility for the construction project. The construction will include strip-out of the existing partitioning and finishes, constructing new stone staircase, forming a new lift shaft, installation of 3 stop lift and associated structural strengthening works. The office fit-out will be to a very high standard including: carpentry works, internal partitioning, glazed walls, high quality finishes, mechanical, electrical and data installations.
