The Integrated and Smart Travel workstream for Transport for the North has been established and the Programme Board requires the expertise, guidance and support from a number of suppliers over the coming months.
A framework is being established to allow the Board to call on this expertise when required in order to:
| - | Carry on specific pieces of detailed research activity |
| - | Support the development of a detailed implementation plan for this workstream (required by Spring 2016) |
| - | Carry out business case development for the work |
| - | Carry out stakeholder mapping, engagement and customer journey specifications |
| - | Input technical expertise so that a detailed system architecture can be developed |
| - | Carry out PMO activity to support the Programme delivery |
Additional information: The contract value is not fixed. the final value will depend on the number of days worked @ day rates.
