The Growth Company Call for Expression of Interest: Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) Skills Bootcamps W4
The Growth Company intends to bid as prime contractor for the above opportunity. We are inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations who wish to deliver end-to-end Skills Bootcamps (LOT 1 only) in Greater Manchester.
Skills Bootcamps are intensive, Level 3-5 or equivalent flexible training courses up to 16 weeks, with a guaranteed job interview (in the case of a new job), which equip adults with technical skills that enable them to access in-demand jobs, apprenticeships, new opportunities and an increased level of income over time (including for the self-employed).
Sector Priority Roles for this call include: Cyber Security, IT Technician, Data Analyst, Cloud, Software Engineer, Dev-Ops, Data Science, Web Development, Production Management, Content Creation, Returners to tech.
Skills Bootcamps delivered through this lot must be delivered at Level 3-5 or equivalent. All training must either be accredited, aligned to occupational standards managed by the Institute for Apprenticeship & Technical Education or utilise a recognised standard for representing attainment e.g., RARPA, SFIA. The creative industries are a local priority but do not form part of DFE's national priority list and therefore evidence of alignment with occupational standards will need to be provided.

The Growth Company is inviting organisations to bid up to a maximum of £500,000.
The deadline for submission of the required document is: 10 AM Friday 10th March 2023 Your completed EOI must be uploaded to the Panacea portal by the deadline stated.
We look forward to hearing from you.
