This procurement is for the provision of Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishment works to homes under Alliance Homes management in the North Somerset area.
The duration of the contract is 1 year with the potential to extend for 3 additional 12 month periods (up to a total of 4 years). AHG intends to award the contracts on 22nd December 2017 to go live on 1st April 2018.
