The Environment Agency is developing a large programme of Natural Flood Management (NFM) measures across the River Aire Catchment (see figure 1) as part of the Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme, Phase 2, Project (Leeds FAS 2).

To enable the development and delivery of this project, the Environment Agency is seeking a suitability experienced consultant to undertake farmer/landowner liaison services in River Aire Catchment to establish a land bank of available sites suitable for delivery of NFM works.
