JCT Minor Works Contract for works to undertaken the Remove and disposal of existing heating systems and to Supply and Fix new, fully controllable and energy efficient air source heating and hot water systems designed by the Contractor to achieve the design temperatures outlined in the contract documentation along with the other Employer requirements and restraints, to the properties listed in 'CHLHIP_ME0017_AS'.

In addition to the Contractor designed heating and hot water system, electric focal point fires will be Supplied and Fixed to each property, the heat output of which shall not be included in achieving the design temperatures.
