Wirral Council is seeking to appoint an experienced organisation (or partnership) to:
- Conduct a review, in accordance with the requirements of section 2(1) of the 2002 Act, of homelessness within the borough of Wirral.
- Formulate a five-year Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy (2025-2030) having regard to the findings of the Homelessness Review.
- Undertake a review of the current delivery model of Wirral Council's Housing Options Service and make recommendations for the future delivery of this service.

The contract will commence mid-December 2024. The statutory deadline for the review and strategy production is 23rd March 2025.
