LHP is seeking a Service Provider with proven experience of interviewing social housing residents to provide customer research services over a period of two years.
The Service Provider will be required to deliver a flexible customer research programme that:
- oProvide up-to-date insightful feedback
- oProvide assurance to residents and LHP that the survey results are accurate and reflective of the views of our residents
- oRepresent value for money
- oWill meet the diverse communication needs of our residents
