Two Castles Housing Association Limited, Endeavour Housing Association Limited and Teesdale Housing Association Limited are collaboratively procuring and establishing a grounds maintenance and minor improvements framework agreement for housing schemes in the north east and particularly in the areas of Count Durham, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Washington, North Shields, Whitley Bay, Darlington, Thirsk, Stockton-on-Tees and Gateshead.
