YPO Internal - 000619 Third Party Logistics

This contract is to provide YPO with multiple third party logistics (3PL) companies for the sortation, consolidation, distribution, and the delivery of its products throughout the U.K. from its warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and the reverse logistics of collections from YPO customer establishments due to order processing and delivery error. YPO may require the service of third party logistics from another warehouse location at any point throughout the life of the contract.
