The upgrade of an existing door entry system in a Council housing tower block.
Additional information: The Council intends to award a contract to a suitably skilled and experienced organisation with appropriate resources and good financial standing. The Council will evaluate tenders on weightings of 80% Price and 20% Quality and appoint on the basis of the 'most economically advantageous tender' received. Contract commencement and completion dates will be subject to agreement with the contractor appointed.
