Plymouth City Council (The Council) are looking to replace its current Vehicle Wash Bay ramp with a fully water proof galvanised replacement to perform steam cleaning outside in all weathers. Delivery and commissioning should be included. There will be a requirement to decommission the current ramp, and remove ready for collection.
