Pre Procurement Market Engagement Coastal Works Minor Works and Small Projects

Coastal Partnership East comprises of Great Yarmouth Borough Council, North Norfolk District Council, Suffolk Coastal District Council and Waveney District Council (CPE). On behalf of CPE Waveney District Council wish to invite interest from (not limited to) companies, local authorities, experts, consultants who wish to participate in a pre procurement market consultation engagement process for Coastal Works.

The objective is to seek market advice and guidance to ascertain and determine the best procurement strategy for these Works which are likely to comprise of:

Non-complex and low risk repair and maintenance works to coast protection structures, promenades and similar assets delivered via a Term Service contract or similar with a estimated total annual budget of £250k to £300k and potentially projects to repair and enhance coast protection structures, promenades and similar assets, of individual value in the range £20k to £150k, with an estimated total annual budget around £400k, possibly delivered via a Framework.
