HCC 07/19 - Multi-Supplier Framework For Property Works 2019-23

The Council's Property Team delivers building and construction projects for the Council's portfolio which includes schools, libraries, fire service buildings, adult care service buildings, and the Council's offices. In addition, the Framework is open to use by all district and borough councils within Hertfordshire, all Hertfordshire schools, and all police and crime commissioners.

The Council intends to appoint 4, 5 or 6 Tenderers to each Lot.

Whilst Tenderers are able to tender for as many Lots as they wish, a Tenderer will only be awarded up to two (2) of the Lots 1-7 that they tender for, except where the number of compliant Tenderers for a particular Lot does not achieve the number required as detailed in paragraph 1.2 in the Instruction to Tenderers Revised. In this case the Council reserves the right to award this Tenderer more Lots.

Call-Off Contracts from the Framework will be awarded either pursuant to a mini-tender or by direct award on a rotation basis.

Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Framework Agreement formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed.
