Proposals, including an indicative timetable, are sought from companies with the relevant experience to prepare a combined Retail and Leisure Study for Hertsmere Borough Council, Dacorum Borough Council, Watford Borough Council and Three Rivers District Council to form an important part of the evidence base for the Local Plans being prepared by those respective authorities.
